Enviromentally Friendly DAC Direct Air Capture Carbon Dioxide Gas CO2 System:
5000T/a High Recovery Rate DAC Unit for Underground Storage of CO2
WOBO specializes in the field of CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage), dedicating efforts to material research, process development, and engineering applications related to carbon capture. We are among the few global companies capable of commercial-scale DAC (Direct Air Capture) of atmospheric CO2 and industrial flue gas CO2 capture simultaneously.
Since 2018, WOBO has pioneered China's earliest practical verification of solid amine carbon capture materials for DAC (Direct Air Capture) of atmospheric CO2. We have successfully completed subsequent modular design work in this field.
WOBO has established over 20 DAC (Direct Air Capture) test sites. We provide the captured CO2 from the air to nearby greenhouse facilities for use as carbon fertilizer. This initiative has been validated with a variety of vegetables including cucumbers, zucchinis, tomatoes, eggplants, and loofahs. The quality and yield of crops inside the greenhouses have significantly improved, leading to a 15%-20% increase in income for farmers.
Direct Air Capture (DAC) allows for the direct extraction of CO2 from the atmosphere, free from geographical constraints. The scale of equipment can be tailored to suit specific locations, ranging from tens of tons to tens of thousands of tons per year. The process offers flexibility, with options including single-unit DAC modular equipment, multiple-unit DAC modular equipment combinations, or other technologies to meet varying needs.
