Dry Ice Tail Gas Recovery System :

Solid dry ice is produced by injecting liquid carbon dioxide into a dry ice manufacturing machine and compressing it, resulting in various specifications such as brick-shaped, cylindrical, block, and granular products. During the dry ice production process, a large amount of liquid carbon dioxide is vaporized, leading to significant waste.

WOBO recycles and utilizes the carbon dioxide gas generated during dry ice production. Through processes like liquefaction and separation, food-grade liquid carbon dioxide products are obtained. For every ton of dry ice produced, 1.2 tons of liquid carbon dioxide can be recovered, reducing the consumption of liquid carbon dioxide in the dry ice production process and significantly lowering the production cost of dry ice.
