Product Description
The CO2 capture membrane takes advantage of the faster permeation speed of CO2 compared to nitrogen (N2) in the membrane. This functionality allows the concentration of CO2 in gases with higher CO2 content, such as flue gas, to be captured and enriched downstream of the membrane. As a result, high-concentration CO2 gas is obtained.

Through the current three-stage membrane CO2 enrichment process, it is possible to achieve a product gas CO2 concentration of up to 95%, with a CO2 recovery rate exceeding 85%.

The membrane unit's intake is driven by a fan, enabling selection of an appropriate pressure drive below 0.2MPa. The system pressure drop of the membrane unit can be controlled below 4000Pa. 
Utilizing flue gas as the raw material for CO2 production, the resulting CO2 product gas can be used for bottom blowing and top blowing operations in steelmaking converters. This facilitates comprehensive utilization of CO2 waste, achieving CO2 emission reduction and enhancing the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
