The helium liquefaction and recovery system is designed to directly liquefy high-purity helium and simultaneously purify low-purity "impure" helium gas online. After purification, the helium is liquefied to produce high-purity liquid helium. The system supports continuous operation, combining efficient liquefaction with online purification to meet the stringent requirements of scientific research and precision testing for liquid helium and ultra-pure helium gas.
Cost-Effective 4-373 K Liquid Helium Recovery Device with Control System
Impure helium gas with 90%–99.9% helium concentration enters the system's built-in purification unit inside the cold box, where impurities are removed. The purified helium then flows to the liquefaction module to produce liquid helium.

A top-loading cryostat transfers cooling energy from the low-temperature helium gas to the sample. The cold head and sample chamber are connected via a flexible cryogenic link, allowing efficient heat transfer. The sample chamber features a dedicated evacuation port for easy sample exchange and helium gas handling, ensuring a stable supply of both liquid helium and high-purity helium gas.
