Technical Principle

Using water electrolysis to produce hydrogen and oxygen, where hydrogen serves as fuel and oxygen aids combustion, resulting in the ignition of a hydrogen-oxygen flame. No need for additional oxygen cylinders, it can replace carbon-containing gases such as acetylene, coal gas, and liquefied gas. It features safety, environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, and effectiveness.

Product Application

Ampoule Sealing
Move the ampoule to the hydrogen-oxygen flame for heating. Once the ampoule is melted, use tweezers to pinch away the melted top part. Remove the sealed ampoule, and the operation is complete.
Quartz Glass Tube Sealing
The quartz glass tube sealing machine, also known as the hydrogen-oxygen flame sealing machine, operates on the basic principle of converting water into gaseous hydrogen and oxygen through direct current, essentially the reverse process of a fuel cell. The hydrogen and oxygen gases pass through seven safety devices, including a dry flame arrester and electronic flame arrester, before reaching a dedicated hydrogen-oxygen flame gun equipped with a built-in flame arrester. Using an firer, the hydrogen-oxygen flame is burned to rapidly seal quartz glass tubes.
Hydrogen-Oxygen Flame Cutting
* Concentrated Flame: The hydrogen-oxygen flame stands upright, concentrating its firepower. The flame is focused, non-dispersive, with minimal heat radiation losses, ensuring high efficiency.
* High Flame Temperature: The flame temperature reaches up to 3000ºC, offering various temperature adjustment options to meet the diverse needs of different users.
Boiler Combustion Aid
Hydrogen is combustible, and oxygen assists in combustion. When these gases burn, they form a hydrogen-oxygen flame. Leveraging its catalytic combustion characteristics, introducing a hydrogen-oxygen mixture into the furnace for catalytic combustion can raise the furnace temperature by 50ºC-100ºC.
