Technical Principle

High Purity Spiral-Wound Gas Separation Element for Methane Purification

The spiral gas separation membrane is configured with corresponding metal components, which are connected to other equipment and pipelines, and the metal film components can be recycled. Like the tubular gas separation membrane, it can also separate organic gas from conventional gases such as air, nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide, so as to achieve the purpose of concentration, purification and gas purification of organic gas.

The number of membrane separation units can be adjusted according to requirements. By utilizing conductive materials, a specific quantity of membrane separation units can be manufactured. These units can be assembled and positioned together, aided by positioning pads. The surrounding "O"-ring seals on the positioning pads effectively separate the raw gas from the product gas.
