Product Description

Acetylene is one of the most simple and important chemical compound. Process for obtaining dissolved acetylene is as follows using compressor to charge the acetylene in gas state into steel cylinder filled with porous material and solvent, to make acetylene gas dissolved in acetone solvent. When used in actual a application, acetylene gas is released from acetone solvent,producing the dissolved acetylene, equipment needed in generating acetylene gas, purification, compression, drying and charging are called dissolved acetylene equipment.
 
Compared with currently used movable floating tube acetylene generator, the dissolved acetylive plant has the following advantages: besides saving energy, more safe and reliable, reducing pollution, easy to operate and ensuring high has quality, it also shows a very good economic result to the investor. Process Description

Acetylene dissolving equipment is the production of gaseous acetylene after purification, compression, filling into acetylene cylinder containing acetone, so that acetylene gas dissolved in acetone, acetylene gas and then released from acetone when used.
Its production process: The broken 10-200mm calcium carbide is transported to the production room, water is added to the generator from the high water tank to the overflow starting device, the calcium carbide is transported to the charging platform, the charging guide tube is blown with nitrogen with purity ≥98%, the sealing cap is moved down to feed, and then the sealing cap is reset in time. Chemical reaction occurs between calcium carbide and water to generate acetylene gas, and impurities are removed by scrubber and water seal. After cooling into the gas cabinet, and then through the water ring compressor, soda separator, cooler into the purification tower, neutralization tower to remove phosphine, hydrogen sulfide and other impurities, into the gas water separator, low pressure dryer. Remove a certain amount of water acetylene gas into the acetylene compressor compression, and then through the high-pressure oil-water separator and high-pressure dryer, further remove the oil and water of acetylene gas to ensure that the purity of acetylene gas ≥98%, under the pressure of the compressor, acetylene gas into the filling discharge, divided into each side of the acetylene cylinder, after static transport.
