Product Description

Diaphragm Hydrogen Compressor :
The diaphragm compressor is driven by an electric motor, which rotates the crankshaft through a pulley. The reciprocating linear motion of the piston in the cylinder is achieved through a connecting rod, pushing the hydraulic fluid and causing the diaphragm to vibrate back and forth. Controlled by the intake and exhaust valves, each vibration of the diaphragm completes one intake and exhaust cycle.

During the operation of the diaphragm compressor, a small amount of hydraulic fluid in the cylinder leaks into the oil tank through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, as well as the groove. To compensate for this oil loss and ensure that the diaphragm tightly contacts the cylinder head surface at the end of the compressor stroke to discharge the compressed medium, the oil pump injects oil into the cylinder during the suction process of the diaphragm compressor. The amount of oil injected is slightly more than the leakage amount, and the excess oil flows back to the crankcase through a pressure control valve at the end of the compressor stroke.

Due to the complete separation of the cylinder and the hydraulic chamber by the diaphragm, the compressed medium does not come into contact with the hydraulic fluid, thereby avoiding contamination of the oil and ensuring the purity of the compressed medium. The cylinder, consisting of a cylinder head surface and the diaphragm, forms a closed cavity, thereby providing excellent sealing.

The diaphragm compressor is a special type of reciprocating compressor with high compression ratio, good sealing performance, and resistance to contamination from lubricating oil and other solid impurities. It is suitable for compressing high-purity, rare and valuable, flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful, corrosive, and high-pressure gases.

Piston Hydrogen Compressor :
A piston hydrogen compressor is a type of compressor specifically designed for compressing hydrogen gas. It utilizes a piston-cylinder arrangement to increase the pressure of the hydrogen gas to the desired level.

The compressor consists of an electric motor that drives the piston through a crankshaft. As the motor rotates, the piston moves back and forth inside the cylinder, creating a reciprocating motion. This motion compresses the hydrogen gas, reducing its volume and increasing its pressure.

To ensure efficient compression and minimize leakage, the piston and cylinder are carefully designed with tight tolerances and high-quality sealing materials. The compressor may also incorporate valves to control the flow of hydrogen gas during the compression process.

Piston hydrogen compressors are commonly used in various applications that require the compression of hydrogen gas. This includes hydrogen fueling stations for refueling hydrogen-powered vehicles, hydrogen storage and distribution systems, industrial processes that use hydrogen, and research facilities working with hydrogen gas.

Hydraulic Hydrogen Compressor :

A hydraulic hydrogen compressor is a type of compressor specifically designed for compressing hydrogen gas using hydraulic power. It utilizes a hydraulic system to generate the necessary force for compressing hydrogen to higher pressures.

The compressor consists of an electric motor that powers a hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump generates high-pressure hydraulic fluid that is then used to actuate a piston or a diaphragm. The piston or diaphragm, driven by the hydraulic pressure, compresses the hydrogen gas within a cylinder.

The advantage of a hydraulic hydrogen compressor is its ability to provide high compression ratios and operate at higher pressures efficiently. The hydraulic system allows for precise control of the compression process, enabling smooth and consistent compression of hydrogen gas.

Hydraulic hydrogen compressors are commonly used in various applications that require the compression of hydrogen gas. This includes hydrogen fueling stations, hydrogen storage systems, hydrogen production facilities, and industrial processes that utilize hydrogen.

It's worth noting that safety considerations are crucial when working with hydrogen gas, and hydraulic hydrogen compressors must meet stringent safety standards. This includes proper ventilation, explosion-proof design, and adherence to strict handling procedures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the compressor.
