The equipment uses the most advanced third generation liquid nitrogen (LN2) filling system, using cutting-edge cryogenic technology and advanced programmable logic control (PLC) system.
Three sensors are used to detect the speed, timing and bottle appearance of the assembly line, suitable for medium and high speed production lines. Improve the accuracy of system and line speed synchronization, accurately inject liquid nitrogen (LN2) into each container. The injected liquid nitrogen is then vaporized to form internal pressure, which improves the stacking load force of the container. Meanwhile, oxygen in the container is pushed out and the space of the top gap of the product is inert.
Operating Principle:
Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is transferred from the storage tank to the nitrogen injection head of the filling machine through vacuum adiabatic pipe. The first sensor (can increase the speed of the bottle induction combination encoder resolution) detection line speed, the existence of the second sensor sensing container, system according to the container required amount of liquid nitrogen injection rate (automatic injection speed compensation function), once the existence of the induction to the container, that is, open the refill valve on quantitative liquid nitrogen. The whole nitrogen injection process is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller, inductor and human-machine interface.
