Product Description

The membrane-based natural gas processing equipment consists of multiple units for decarbonization and desulfurization. It features a compact footprint, mobility, and a modular structure. The removal efficiency is high, with the CO2 removal membrane separation device reducing CO2 content to less than 2%, achieving a removal rate exceeding 90%, and simultaneously removing H2S and H2O. The hydrocarbon recovery rate is over 95%, eliminating the need for separate dehydration treatment. With a small footprint and low operating costs, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, including the purification and desulfurization of natural gas, biogas, or methane, as well as the simultaneous removal of H2S from cracked gases.

Technical Principle

Membrane-based Natural Gas Dehydration:
Compressed air passes through a unique hollow fiber membrane made of high-molecular-weight materials. The fast-moving gas (compressed air) and water vapor can quickly permeate through the membrane wall, transforming the compressed air inside the hollow fiber membrane into dry air.
