The SF6 Recovery System is a high-efficiency and environmentally friendly gas recovery solution specifically designed to extract sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) from gas mixtures. SF6is widely used as an excellent dielectric medium in high-voltage power equipment and industrial processes. Due to its high cost and potent greenhouse effect, efficient recovery and reuse of SF6 is essential. This system utilizes membrane separation technology to recover SF6 at near inlet pressure conditions, significantly reducing operating costs and environmental impact.

Cost-Effective 3.5 MPa Sf6 Sulfur Hexafluoride Purification Membrane Unit
During operation, the feed gas is first compressed and filtered to remove particulates and condensates. The preheated gas then enters an SF6-selective membrane module. The membrane allows fast gases such as N2, O2, and H2O to permeate through, while the "slow gas" SF6 is retained on the pressure side. This physical separation process relies on the differential permeation rates of gas molecules, without involving any chemical reactions or reagent consumption.
