Technical Principle

The stacked gas separation membrane assembly consists of a membrane component housing. Additionally, it incorporates a unique airflow channel composed of membrane separation units, deflection baffles, and connecting seals. Each membrane separation unit corresponds to one layer in the stack, and its design ensures a logically structured gas flow path with the characteristic of short distances traveled over the membrane surface.

The number of membrane separation units can be adjusted according to requirements. By utilizing conductive materials, a specific quantity of membrane separation units can be manufactured. These units can be assembled and positioned together, aided by positioning pads. The surrounding "O"-ring seals on the positioning pads effectively separate the raw gas from the product gas.
