Product Description

The skid-mounted hydrogen refueling station integrates hydrogen storage systems, compressors, cooling units, gas dispensers, hydrogenation units, station control systems, and other components onto a single skid-mounted chassis. It features a compact structure, small footprint, low investment cost, short construction period, and convenient equipment installation and expansion. It can quickly meet customers' hydrogen refueling needs, catering to the diversified requirements of different enterprises. Additionally, skid-mounted hydrogen refueling stations can be factory-manufactured and installed, ensuring quality, safety, ease of operation, and maintenance.

Fixed hydrogen refueling stations are used in commercial refueling stations and research demonstration stations, with a more rational layout. They can choose between bundled trailer and hydrogen bundled pipe supply methods, are not restricted by site space, have better maintainability, and can meet the needs of small-scale refueling, enabling fast refueling.

Integrated hydrogen production and hydrogen refueling stations are applied in chemical industrial parks, main stations for refueling stations, and commercial refueling stations. They feature an integrated design of hydrogen production and hydrogenation, complementing two modes: hydrogen production through water electrolysis and external hydrogen supply through bundled vehicles. This ensures continuous and reliable hydrogen supply, achieving rapid hydrogen production and refueling while ensuring safety.

Technological Process

1. Hydrogen Production: The station utilizes various methods to produce hydrogen, such as water electrolysis, steam methane reforming, or other advanced technologies. This step involves the conversion of a feedstock into hydrogen gas.

2. Purification: The produced hydrogen goes through purification processes to remove impurities, ensuring the quality and safety of the hydrogen fuel.

3. Compression: The purified hydrogen is then compressed to increase its density, making it suitable for storage and transportation. Compression can be achieved through different techniques, including piston compressors, diaphragm compressors, or other advanced compression technologies.

4. Storage: The compressed hydrogen is stored in high-pressure tanks or cryogenic storage systems, depending on the station's design and requirements. These storage systems maintain the hydrogen at the desired pressure and temperature until it is ready for dispensing.

5. Dispensing: When a vehicle or equipment requires hydrogen refueling, the station's dispensing system delivers the compressed hydrogen to the user. This can be done through specialized dispensers equipped with safety measures to ensure proper and controlled refueling.

6. Safety Systems: Hydrogen stations incorporate various safety systems to prevent accidents and ensure the safe handling of hydrogen. This includes measures such as leak detection systems, ventilation systems, and emergency shutdown protocols.

7. Station Control and Monitoring: The hydrogen station is equipped with advanced control and monitoring systems to regulate the entire process, including hydrogen production, storage, compression, and dispensing. These systems ensure the station operates efficiently and maintain safety standards.
